We have now gone past the presidential election process. And the question is where are we now? What do we do now? How do we view our current personal and global situation?
The below writing is my perspective on this, as well as briefly describing my contribution at this pivotal time in human history.

The Next Step: Shifting Our Survival System

Current Consciousness:
Mass consciousness upholds a global perception of reality that defines where our source of power and safety comes from. It is upholding the paradigm that physical force has the power over our survival and well-being. This has been reinforced throughout the mainstream of history.
This produces a social survival system in which each person is trying to control the other for our sense of security and well-being, because we feel at the mercy of those outside of ourselves. Even though many of us in the spiritual community are increasingly opening to concepts about manifesting what we experience, the bottom line of what many are standing on for our source of power and safety mostly remains the same. Most of us are not living in continuing communication with a level of reality that accesses the Divine source of well-being, abundance, empowerment and endless resources.
The global power-struggle between polarizing forces continues to escalate, increasing the possibility of cataclysmic events. There is no winning a power-struggle, because in that frame-of-reference there is no end to the extremes anti-life forces will go to, to win. Instead of fighting against or being at the mercy of these forces, we must start participating now in bringing in a new, more evolved paradigm of reality, altogether outside of the power-struggle frame-of-reference.
The Shift:
We are at a pivotal time in the history of humanity. We must come together to form a different social fabric, one that's not just dabbling at the edges, but is jumping full on into it.
The power of alignment between people forms social fabric. To form a social fabric that is upholding a more evolved paradigm of reality, we must be moving toward increasingly greater consciousness. Small groups can be very powerful evolutionary and transformational social structures, bringing in the consciousness of here-and-now experience. Evolving this kind of small group is what my life's work and experience has been culminating in.
Human interaction is potentially a highly evolutionary process. We are intensely affected by each other and the unspoken dynamics swirling under the surface. People generally block their awareness of this because of not knowing how to handle this living material, which has the potential of pulling the ground out from under us, propelling us into the unknown. And people are afraid of rocking the boat of each other's defense systems, which cover over their unhealed issues. This keeps them from accessing the portal of the present moment.
Humanity has been more afraid of becoming conscious of, and untangling the truth of this unconscious living material, than we are of leaving it unconscious and being at the mercy of it in its disowned form. In its disowned form the irrational aspects of the unconscious can take over, perpetuating itself out into the world. One form this is currently taking is called "the terrorists." The avoidance of truth creates a fragile sense of reality that can easily be knocked over, and controlled by manipulation.
I am facilitating an expanded form of group, with the intention of shifting participants onto new ground, based on present moment truth. The object is to get ourselves in the position where the Divine is leading, guiding our transformation and evolution into a new and continuously evolving paradigm that is literally shifting our survival system -- like breathing air instead of water.
Group interaction with the living material between participants brings to the surface whatever is blocking each person from coming into the Divine guidance of the here-and-now, and accessing a reality experience that is totally positive, empowered, connected, and abundant with resources.
Evolving a new paradigm has to do with accessing, for each person, what constitutes our well-being on all levels, from our day-to-day physical experience to the highest desires of our higher selves. This is an evolving process, which when done correctly accesses the higher guidance of each person, and that of the collective group.
That which really matters to us is where the focus of our life energy and intention is. You could say that's the living energy that forms reality. A group accessing where they are in aligned intention and which accesses Divine intelligence and guidance is a very powerful group.
These groups are meant as the foundation for community, whether it's a circle of friends, or people forming, or already in, intentional communities. Participants are forming a microcosm in which they are becoming an evolving new paradigm.
