Core Groups:
A Process for Evolving a New Social Fabric

Core Groups are not about going to a workshop, or a series of therapeutic experiences you leave behind when you go home. They are a process for shifting the social fabric that supports your experience of reality, and for actively participating in your own evolution.
The social fabric most of us were born into supports our human limitations (and those of past generations and social structures). The old ways we have of relating to each other are evolving us forward at a very slow pace. They fall far short of the potential possible when people intentionally come together in aligned focus. Some of the more social of us, perhaps, begin to experience what can happen when a group of three or more friends regularly come together and are truthful with each other. But most people don't have the experience, skill, guidance, intention, vision, or focus to bring themselves to a level of significant transformation and evolution.
As I write this, I am feeling overwhelmed by the larger significance of these groups, and the consciousness this vision is opening up. It appears we're at the point in human history where it no longer works to tread water, wasting the enormous power and potential we are capable of, allowing the less evolved aspects of human consciousness to define our experience. These groups create a structure for a social fabric that functions in the new paradigm that is opening up, as the old paradigm of reality is failing. Global experience is pushing us to the point where it is essential for us to leap into our true nature. It is a huge, enormous shift. There are various lightworkers scattered around who, no doubt are or will be, focal points for similar kinds of work, each of them in their own areas of expertise.
We need to come together in a way that will access our incredible power. Core Groups provide a structure and process for allowing a Divine or Universal source, beyond human control, to open us up into an empowered, expanding, and evolving experience of reality. They create a social fabric that supports here-and-now experience, bringing us into the living stream of Divine energy, guidance, resources, and well-being, and connects us with the evolving, larger Universal plan.
Core Groups are fundamentally about community, because full engagement where we emotionally live is required to make the level of transformation necessary to shift the reality ground we are standing on. These groups open up the deep intimacy of heart family, and the soul's purpose between participants; within a framework that reveals and empowers your genuine self. They are about creating a powerful, aligned social unit that is a source of light, effecting its larger world environment, and contributing its piece in the larger puzzle.
The purpose is to open up a reality paradigm that supports your greatest happiness and manifests your hearts' desires. There are enormous resources that can be accessed when three or more of us come together with deliberate focus. Empowered manifesting happens when there is a clear alignment of intentions. Inability to manifest what we desire occurs when there are conflicting energies. An important aspect of these groups is to open up where there truly is alignment, beyond the unhealed issues. This is a fabric that supports possibilities limited only by your imagination, combined with the imagination of each other, and the amount of courage all of you have to walk into the unknown. The group accesses progressively deeper levels of intentions, i.e. what is most meaningful to you — individually, between group members, for the group as a whole, and in relation to your larger world environment.
Core Groups are transformational and evolutionary groups, as opposed to therapeutic groups. By this I mean, guided by the facilitator, they engage the whole group in a reality-focused process, based on here-and-now relating, exploring the living dynamics (responses, desires, intentions) that emerge between participants. The groups access and hold in place a progressively undistorted experience of here-and-now reality. The process shifts dysfunctional ground participants are standing on by bringing dysfunctional unconscious emotions, thoughts, and responses to each other out into the open, in interaction with a clear frame-of-reference, transforming the dysfunctional perception of reality. This process may bring up personally specific issues, that would be best dealt with in an individual session. TimeLine Therapy™ sessions can be scheduled with me for clearing particular issues.
Although each Core Group is different, the expectation is that eventually the groups will function on their own, with the facilitator coming in once in a while to help keep it on track, or for more in depth work.
The first step is to find the people you want to come together with to participate in this process, whether it's a circle of friends or actual intentional community. It may be the people for your group are people you are not yet close with, but you have a sense or idea you might like to be, and would like to explore this as a possibility. Perhaps you are in a couples relationship and know two to four other couples you'd like to participate in this with. The participants in each group are not fixed in stone, and finding people you feel a close alignment with is generally an evolving process. Some people may drop out and new ones may come in, as the members come into increasingly more consciousness and know each other more intimately.
I realize it is, for many people, a considerable challenge to bring together a circle of friends who would participate in this level of deep personal exploration and connection. I will support those of you interested in these groups in bringing together your personal group: helping you identify potential members, discussing conflicts or what's stopping you from inviting particular people, being in 3-way calls with friends you're interested in contacting about this. You may also consider coming in for an individual session if there are issues in you that block this coming together in the first place.
I'm open to other suggestions and comments on how to make this possible for people.
Group Details:
Participants: Your circle of friends, community core group, or people with whom you want to create a social fabric. 6 - 10 people.
Time: Weekly 3-hour groups, 7 - 10 PM, in 8-week segments, which can be on-going. (Day of the week to be determined by the schedule of participants and facilitator.)
Fee: $42 registration fee, paid in advance + $294 balance, payable at the first group, covers an 8-week segment. (Total is $336, and amounts to $42 per 3-hour group.) (Payment plan can be arranged.)
Location: Encinitas, CA. (Address and directions will be given upon registration.)
