Overview of Jane's Vision:

1. Holding in place, opening up, and exploring an entirely positive, highly transformational and evolutionary Paradigm of Reality, in which life is meant to work, and does work; and the only thing that really exists between people, underneath our defense systems, is love. This leads to the knowing, and experience, that the opening up of truth leads to love.

2. An Evolving Process of Coming into the Present Moment, in a Living Dialogue with the Here-and-Now, as is demonstrated by this process itself for bringing this vision out into the world. Rather than advertising it (with a set goal and a known outcome), this is an inter-relationship. This is a living process of coming into relationship on a continually larger and more expanded level.

a) Genuine dialogue between 3 to10 people in the context of present moment opening up of truth, leading to deep intimacy, transformation, evolution and limitless possibilities.
b) Creating an energy field that allows divine guidance and support to emerge.
c) As the foundation for community
d) Creating a powerful aligned intention, with great impact in the word, having the potential of being in global dialogue.

4. Foundational Work in Creating and Facilitating Communities, through small "Core Groups": For communities that are already in existence, or in the process of forming. (Click here for links to past articles on Core Groups, under "Vision Writings 2002". Jane teaches and facilitates:
a) How to come into the present moment with each other, to find out where there is alignment, in order to discover where the living truth is that the community can be built around, as an on-going organic process that keeps the community on solid ground and in integrity. This is based on knowing that community is built first on an energetic level by uncovering where there is alignment between participants, and building on that. The people with the strongest passion about the community are the core of this energy.
b) How to work through conflicts and be in genuine dialogue with each other. (The general consensus is most communities fail because of conflicts between people.)
c) In-depth group process, supplemented by individual counseling sessions, that facilitate Transformation and Healing: Living in conscious community is first and foremost about relationships. For people to truly come together in relationship, the living material, underneath what we present on the surface, must be opened up. This leads to either conflict, or to transformation and healing, depending upon intentions and resources to work with this material. For communities to succeed, members must be willing to open up the truth of their deeper experience in a transformational process. Conscious community is a highly advanced form of living, with the potential of accelerating human evolution, on an on-going basis.

5. Jane's Personal Core Group:
Jane is in the process of finding peers for her own personal group, which she refers to as an ashram. This Core Group will be made up of cutting-edge souls, drawn to come together, impassioned by visions in alignment with each other's. They feel a deep recognition and heart connection with each other, and want to connect deeply in the present moment, opening up the unknown into what is really true, in and between them, in a transformational, evolutionary on-going process. This process will uphold a positive paradigm of reality, be an energy vortex for the divine, and become a powerful means of supporting each other and of manifesting intentions. 7. Jane As an Awakener:
a) On a personal level: Jane is generally in here-and-now dialogue with whatever level of her external environment she feels connected to, bringing out into the open her experience of what is happening under the surface of things. This is an evolving experimental process.
b) On a client level: She says what she experiences under the surface of how people present themselves. In the transformational process of uncovering the empowered shining soul, she exposes unconscious defense systems blocking its release or expression.
c) Jane is intending to bring this out into the global level: Through writing; public speaking; and transformational interactions with clients, friends and associates in pivotal positions with influence in the world -- contributing her piece in the puzzle, her unique experience of reality, to the global collective consciousness.

When Jane is working with clients she is going beyond clearing unhealed issues. The issues that are cleared are generally fundamental to how people have formed their experience of life. She doesn't just help them in their ability to cope with the world the way it is. She considers the paradigm, that much of what the world consciousness holds in place as reality, to be highly limited and dysfunctional, and incongruent with who we really are and our genuine experience of life. This distorted perception of reality is the context in which unhealed issues were originally formed. When people make fundamental changes in Jane's sessions, they come into a level of consciousness and understanding that opens up awareness of a new experience of life. They have a more evolved foundation to stand on. Because of this, each person that does this work with Jane is a part of bringing in a new paradigm. As a result of their transformations, those who have a large impact in the world, bring her work into a scope larger than her own personal sphere. Therefore it is Jane's intention to broaden her outreach to clients who have significant influence.

b) The information that came out about sexuality, and the dynamics between men and women.
c) Group process demonstrating coming into the present moment into living dialogue between participants, and the transformation that occurs from that process.
d) Living demonstration of the positive paradigm that is the foundation for all of Jane's work:
